Hub Box is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at our new Deliveroo Editions Kitchen, where we'll be serving up the South West’s best Burgers, Fries & Sides

As a Sous Chef, you join our team too

• Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to lead in ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised & that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always
• Support the Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day kitchen duties
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
• Coach, mentor & train the Chef & Kitchen Assistant team
• Support the Kitchen Manager with ordering, stock takes & GP’s
