Hub Box is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the team at our new Deliveroo Editions Kitchen, where we'll be serving up the South West’s best Burgers, Fries & Sides

As a Kitchen Manager:

• Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised
• Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
• Develop & grow your team’s knowledge, experience & expertise
• Manage orders, stock takes & GP’s
• Craft the rotas to ensure the right people are in the kitchen at the right time
