Hub Box is looking for a Part Time Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.
As a Chef, you join our team know:
- You don’t need to have done this before, but you do need to be at ease working in a high-energy kitchen that truly cares about the quality & provenance of the produce & the food it sends out
- We’ll teach you all you need to know about building the perfect burger, along with developing your culinary skills, ensuring you feel more competent & confident in the kitchen
- A typical day in our kitchens will include flipping burgers on the grill, saucing up our buns, crisping up our fries, & building burgers to perfection & of course, all great chefs ensure their kitchens are immaculately clean with exceptional food hygiene standards

Our flagship Hub started life as a bar & restaurant 20 years ago on the waterfront in the art haven, food mecca & fishing town of St Ives in Cornwall.
Next came a reconditioned shipping container in the centre of Truro, then a popup restaurant in Exeter. Since then we have regenerated & innovated our way around the South West & beyond, creating award-winning burgers & restaurants along the way.
