Hub Box is looking for a freelance Chef to join the team for the summer. We're serving up flippin' good burgers, seafood, cocktails & craft beer in some of the most stunning locations around Cornwall.

This is a seasonal role until the end of September 2025. Suitable candidates will ideally have their own transport and be able to support in multiple locations around Cornwall. Alternatively, suitable candidates may be located in close proximity to one of our restaurants in St Ives, Falmouth or Pentewan Sands near St Austell.

Experience of cooking in fast-paced kitchens is necessary. Rates of pay would be dependant on experience, from grill chef to Head Chef level.

As a seasonal Chef, you would support our Kitchen teams:

• Work as part of the existing kitchen team ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised & that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always
• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations.
• Support the Head Chef with ordering.
