Hub Box is looking for an Relief Head Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.

Being a Relief Head Chef at Hub Box is about providing cover, collaboration, charisma & coaching across all our Cornish kitchens (& on occasion beyond the border!). You will champion our culture & be precious about our food & service standards. 

As a Relief Head Chef,  you join us too:

• Help in the running of the kitchen, ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised
• Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
• Develop & grow the knowledge, experience & expertise of our more junior members of the kitchen team

As you will be supporting our kitchens in the South-West you will often be on the move – between Truro, Pentewan, Falmouth & St Ives. Owning a car is a must; your travel expenses beyond your local restaurant are of course on us.
